We appreciate your generous contribution to support KMS with the cost of flying our Artistic Director
Susan Duprey, who flies over from O‘ahu weekly for our Wednesday rehearsals.

There are two options:
1. You can contribute miles you have already accumulated, or
2. Sign up for a Hawaiian Airlines Visa Signature® Credit Card

To begin, go to:
1. http://www.hawaiianair.com/HawaiianMiles
2. At the bottom center of the page, click on “Learn More” under "Share Your Miles"
3. At this point you can either perform option 1 by pressing "Share Now", or you can perform option 2
by clicking "Learn More" under "Get a Hawaiian Airlines Visa®" on the upper right side of the
webpage.

To perform option 1 and share your miles:
1. Click "Share Now"
2. Enter your HawaiianMiles Number and Password ~ Contact web support to get your password. Daily Hours:
3:00 AM - 9:30 PM HST ′Toll-Free: 1-866-586-9419
3. Read through instructions on next page
4. When ready, Call Chorus member Sue Kidder 808-217-0672, she will give you the HawaiianMiles Number
to put into the final box.

To perform option 2 and sign up for a Hawaiian Airlines Visa Signature® Credit Card:
1. http://www.hawaiianair.com/HawaiianMiles
2. At the bottom center of the page, click on “Learn More” under "Share Your Miles"
3. Click "Learn More" under "Get a Hawaiian Airlines Visa®" on the upper right side of the webpage
4. Apply for the Signature card (that's the card where you'll receive 20,000 miles) the annual fee for this
credit card is $79. This will provide more than one round trip ticket that is valued between $150 to $280.
5. After you obtain your credit card and make one purchase you will receive the 20,000 mile bonus.
Once Bank of Hawaii sends your billing statement with your Miles posted, proceed to "Share Now".
